Approach & Credentials

I practice an intuitive, experiential, attachment and somatic focused approach to coaching, that is highly collaborative and personalized in order to ensure that the client is part of defining the process and clarifying their needs for our work together. It is my goal that our time together is honest without being forceful; that I can be a mirror within a safe container.

Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to help clients get to the heart of what is keeping them stuck, leading to increased balance and long lasting change. I work below the surface, exploring potentially untouched and unseen places contributing to experiences of stagnancy, shame, overall disconnection/dissociation, depression and anxiety.

I have received extensive and focused training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFIT for individuals, with trauma focus & EFCT for couples) and EMDR, as well training in other experiential and somatic models that work well alongside those (ex. Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy). Along with using these trauma-informed modalities, I also invite my own intuitive and organic self and gifts to be part of guiding our process. I believe authenticity is a beautiful part of healing and I extend that invitation to both myself and my clients as we work collaboratively to facilitate change in their lives.
