I am passionate about creating a safe place for all people to move out of stuck or aimless places toward new places of hope, healing, awareness, freedom, and ultimately - connection.

I hope to create an environment where clients can feel intentional inclusion, not by diminishing or ignoring the realities inherent to their various identities, but by making space for those realities so that our time together feels safe. I aim to cherish the sameness of our common humanity, while also affirming the diversities inherent to our human existence. I believe in creating a space that honors, celebrates, and centers marginalized beings and their experiences through practicing personal, professional and collective anti-oppression and decolonizing work. I am committed to practicing in ways that interrogate the limitations and problems within Western frameworks of healing, that have historically been used to reinforce colonially motivated racial hierarchies and to pathologize those who exist outside of or resist dominant social norms.

I welcome all gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations and preferences, bodies of all culture, racial, ethnic, national, cultural and ancestral identities, all immigration statuses, relationship structure preferences, neurodiversities, body abilities, education levels, financial means, sexes, ages and spiritual affiliations.
